In 1974 Don Chlebeck’s passion for mold-making and the tool & die trade inspired him to start Minnesota Mold & Engineering. The company has grown from a small tool shop operation to a full service contract manufacturer with multiple locations.

The changes in the world’s manufacturing landscape led Bob Archambault and Brian Bussmann to springboard off Minnesota Mold’s momentum in the year 2000 and develop a full service contract manufacturer called the MME Group.

The MME Group is a strong team that delivers excellent services including product development, project management, plastic and metal tooling design and construction, engineering, custom injection molding, and value added services.

Staying abreast of new technologies is important and the MME Group continually add disciplines to our portfolio, including: ISO 13485, Clean room contract manufacturing, silicone molding, two-shot molding, complex sub-assemblies, Asian sourcing, etc, etc.
